Eric Camp
President
Eric studied Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado and has specialized in the wireless telecommunication industry for 25 years. His background not only encompasses architectural preparation and management, but also the coordination of consulting services including budgeting, estimating and scheduling. Camp+ Associates currently serves clients in 12 states and will expand its services as we grow.
Jeanette Evans
Vice President
Jeanette started her wireless career in 1996 (working for AT&T). She’s had the honor and privilege to work for two carriers, a tower company, a site development/staffing firm and an A&E/construction company. Her background is unique and comprises of experience in National Site Development, Collocation, Real Estate Management, Account Management, Site Acquisition & Land Use, and Marketing and Business Development in Site Development Services and Staffing. With a passion for connecting people in the wireless industry, Jeanette started Hinge, LLC (a wireless staffing firm) in 2015. Jeanette was born in Albuquerque, NM but spent most of her childhood living in CA, TX and San Juan, PR. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Sociology and continues to reside in WA. She loves spending time with friends and family and has a great devotion to running/fitness and nutrition.
Kirk Fraser
Treasurer
Kirk Fraser is a wireless telecom professional and leader of project management teams, primarily in the deployment of wireless network infrastructure. He has immense project experience in new market launches, new site builds for natural expansion and infill, venue DAS projects, modifications to existing sites, and managing assets as a shared infrastructure owner. Kirk has a career of experience in wireless infrastructure, leasing and permitting process, regulatory compliance, property management, project management, A&E process, cost benefit analysis and P&L management. Kirk is currently at GPD Group providing full-service engineering services to their clients from California to Alaska.
Barbara Chaney
Secretary
Barbara Chaney is a Senior Project Manager for TEP and focuses on New Site Build in the Pacific Northwest where she was born and raised. She began her wireless career in 2003 as a Temp Coordinator for T-Mobile Development and never left the telecommunications industry, working for various Carriers and Consulting Firms. During her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, overseeing complex wireless projects from inception to completion. Her expertise spans network planning, deployment, and optimization, ensuring seamless communication solutions for clients.
Barbara enjoys serving as the current secretary for the Northwest Wireless Association, where she plays a key role in fostering industry collaboration and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning makes her a valuable asset in the ever-evolving wireless landscape. She loves bringing people together through laughter, spending time with her family and friends, and hopes to one day master the art of earning enough from her acrylic paintings and crafts to travel the world.
Susan Kimbrough
Board Member
Susan Kimbrough is a seasoned wireless professional with a rich history in the telecommunications industry, known for her expertise in programmatic leasing and entitlement in the wireless telecom space. With a career spanning 25 years, Susan has significant experience with network leasing deployment, asset-infrastructure, build-to-suits and large venue DAS entitlement engagements across the Pacific Northwest, Desert Southwest, and New England. In her spare time, you’ll find Susan engaged in CrossFit, golf, real estate sales and investing.
Marvin Webster
Board Member
Marvin Webster is President of Environmental Corporation of America, an environmental, geotechnical, cultural resources, and NEPA/NHPA regulatory consulting firm. Marvin is a recognized industry expert in environmental and NEPA/National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) evaluation for wireless communications facilities. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Environmental Science and Policy he earned from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Marvin’s experience includes Principal review of thousands of environmental and NEPA projects. He has assisted clients in navigating just about every conceivable issue including contamination, historic property viewshed issues, archaeological sites, tribal consultation, and wetland, floodplain, and protected species impacts and permitting.
Louis Levy
Board Member
Louis has been a leader in the telecommunication industry since the early ’90s, managing regional and national network deployments and operations for AT&T, Clearwire, T-Mobile and Sprint. He is also a successful entrepreneur, property developer and building technologies expert. He studied construction management at the University of Washington and has a lean six sigma blackbelt. Louis spent a few years working domestically and internationally building out data acquisition networks to support the financing and development of utility scale wind and solar farms and now leads the national in-building wireless solutions business for McKinstry Co., a large technology contractor with offices across the country.
Sean Maddox
Board Member
Sean is a Vice President for Network Connex, managing all Northwest markets for the industry leading firm. Upon graduating from Willamette University College of Law, he began his career as a Land Use specialist and then went on to become Site Acquisition Director, managing multiple markets and customers. Sean is a firm believer in the important work NWWA does in bringing the industry together, and looks forward to the growth of NWWA to expand the resources it provides to its membership. He currently lives on Bainbridge Island, WA, and hopes to see you soon on a golf course nearby.
Dena Boyd

Dena Boyd is an administrative professional with over 20 years of experience in office administration across various industries and 10 years in the telecom industry. She has worked closely with her friend and mentor, Jeanette Evans, Executive Vice President of Pacific Coast Towers and Owner/Strategic Advisor of Hinge, LLC. Dena has a passion for the ever-changing world of technology and telecom. Her dedication to her community and the people around her knows no boundaries. Her positive attitude, love for helping people, and thorough organizational skills contribute to the successful completion of every task she undertakes. Originally from Washington State, Dena relocated to the sunshine state of Florida. Her hobbies and interests include watching her favorite football teams, her passion for horses, caring for every wild and domestic animal in her backyard, as well as assisting in the conservation of the Monarch butterfly.
Darin Kudrna

Darin works as a Regional Account Director for Terrane, Inc., a land survey company that has been serving the PNW for the last 25 years. Terrane provides surveys for Commercial, Residential, and Construction clients while Darin’s main area of focus lies in the Telecom industry. Darin’s wireless career includes Site Acquisition & Land Use, Site Development, Project Management and Business Development. Darin was born and raised in Montana but has resided in Washington for the last 22 years. He loves to travel and spend time with his family and friends, and if you’re up for a round of golf he’s always ready.
Breanne Raso
Board Member
Breanne Raso is a business and technology expert with over 15 years of experience in developing strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. She specializes in building relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating complex deals. Currently, Breanne is a Customer Success Manager at Logic20/20, a business and technology consulting firm. Recognizing the industry’s shift towards A.I., advanced analytics, and digital transformation, she joined Logic20/20 to shape their business development strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and drive revenue growth in telecom and technology sectors. As a former leader of National Development for T-Mobile, she led a national team in deploying multi-billion-dollar Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) across major venues. At Quantum Wireless, she served as Senior Director of Carrier Solutions, driving business development and strategic sales for Tier 1 carriers with advanced infrastructure solutions like DAS and small cells. Breanne also founded Relativity Wireless, a consulting firm aiding carriers and partners in negotiating complex deals and in deploying networks.
