*TENT SET UP: Sponsor to provide tent, table, chairs. Course to provide one cart for each sponsor to use as transportation only to and from designated hole. Sponsors using tent set up may have swag and give-away items to distribute to golfers. No Alcohol is permitted. Two designated holes will have alcohol purchased and served by the golf course. Please indicate if you would like to be a sponsor for one of these designated holes.
